Just a very quick write-up this time as time is lacking, but there were a few nice things worthy of note to the kit collector..
Martin Cage , who runs Budgies Kits had his Igor and Dr Phibes and Vampyre busts for sale as well as a selection of US kits from his personal collection.
Mooncrest Models had some nice built-ups on display as well as the usual kits for sale - including this great Mars Attacks bust (I'd guess it's about 1/2 scale) that I picked up in kit form, a nice Spiderhead from John Carpenter's The Thing, a Batman chained to a cell wall, a nice Predator and Goro from Mortal Combat. On the humour side, there was a superdeformed of QuiGon which really captured the likeness, as well as Emporer Burns and Darth Smithers .
Elsewhere, Joe Bailey was sculpting a new Batman piece - or rather trying to whilst being disturbed by the likes of me! Steve Kay had a table of nice built-ups for for sale including Needful Thing's McCready again from The Thing and an impressive Hellraiser set-piece that was very similar to somthing I tried to build for mine years ago but abandoned when it got too big!
Finally, Comet Miniatures were showing off prototypes of two massive new kits from AB Studios (I think!)- the original Batmobile in 1/8th scale and Fireball XL5 , scale unknown but at about 3 feet long I would guess about 1/72nd.
